Joseph is a shareholder in the firm’s Green Bay office. Joseph graduated from Marquette University, summa cum laude, in 1977. He went on to Marquette U. Law School and graduated from there in 1980. He has lectured at CLE classes in the area of insurance coverage and workers compensation. His practice generally involves civil litigation-primarily defense. Those areas include construction defect and damage cases, fire cases, bad faith, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, discrimination and insurance coverage. Joseph has also acted as an arbitrator in UM/UIM cases.
