Michael has been involved in worker’s compensation issues as an administrative law judge, an insurance trade association representative and a defense attorney, covering a span of over 25 years. He has developed an understanding of the worker’s compensation system from multiple perspectives. His practice is devoted to administrative litigation and appellate work on behalf of employers and insurers.
