Justin is an associate attorney with the Milwaukee office. His areas of practice include worker's compensation and insurance defense. He primarily represents employers and insurance companies in pre-suit and litigated worker's compensation claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as an associate attorney with an insurance defense, coverage and subrogation firm in the North shore area. During that time, he defended insurance companies against claims ranging from basic negligence actions to large-loss property damage actions. He also represented insurance companies in their attempts to enforce their rights of subrogation against at-fault parties. He has represented his clients in circuit courts across the State and has aided in the defense of clients in Wisconsin's appellate courts.
Justin obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009 with a B.A. in History and English. He obtained his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2012.
While in law school, Justin gained practical experience in labor and employment law by interning with the Milwaukee Region of the National Labor Relations Board and by representing employees in administrative hearings through Marquette University Law School's Unemployment Compensation Clinic.
