Domonic A. Burke

Attorney Domonic A. Burke is a civil litigator at Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik, S.C.  He applies his years of experience—gained representing businesses, individuals, municipal entities, and insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of claims and lawsuits in state and federal courts—to zealously represent each of his clients.  He has litigated cases involving a broad array of substantive, complex legal issues including, among many others, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, construction defect claims, product liability claims, and premises liability claims.  Though passionate for his craft as a litigator, Domonic knows that the best outcome of any dispute is the one that balances the client’s ultimate goals with a principled and efficient use of resources.  To that end, he stands ready to assist clients at any stage of a dispute: pre-suit investigation and negotiations, commencement of suit, discovery and motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal.

Domonic is a native of East Troy, Wis.  He is a proud alumnus of Northwestern University and the University of Wisconsin Law School.  During his free time, he can usually be found enjoying the Wisconsin outdoors or cheering on the Northwestern Wildcats, Brewers, Packers, or Bucks.
