Jennifer L. Barwinski

Jennifer started with the firm in April 2004, becoming a shareholder in January 2011. She practices primarily in the area of insurance defense, focusing on worker’s compensation cases. She represents employers and insurance companies in litigated worker’s compensation cases, and also offers advice pre-suit in these cases. Further, she defends penalty claims against employers in worker’s compensation cases.

Jennifer graduated from Marquette Law School in May 2004 with honors. During law school, Jennifer was a Managing Editor for the Marquette University Law School Intellectual Property Law Review. She also has interned for Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson.
