Amber L. Herda

Amber joined Kasdorf in 2025, and prior to that she was a shareholder with a firm in Milwaukee’s Third Ward where she gained extensive experience in civil litigation defense. Her primary area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense and coverage disputes, among others. She represents individuals, business entities, and insurance companies from pre-suit matters through appeals.

Amber obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a 2008 graduate of Cooley Law School. While in law school, Amber competed in Moot Court and also gained valuable litigation experience pursuant to the student practice rule with the State Public Defender’s Office, Trial Division, in Milwaukee.
