Isaiah Z. Simons

Isaiah Z. Simons is an attorney in Kasdorf’s litigation practice group. Isaiah represents municipalities in land use and property disputes, open government actions, and cases arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He also represents businesses and insurers in commercial litigation matters, including product liability, premises liability, and construction disputes.

Isaiah graduated, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, Isaiah was a judicial intern to Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and served as an associate editor of the Marquette Law Review. Prior to law school, Isaiah earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in music performance and worked as a professional musician, which he continues to pursue through teaching and performing part-time. In his free time, Isaiah enjoys golfing, reading history books, and spending time with his family.
