Isaiah Z. Simons

Isaiah Z. Simons is an associate attorney in Kasdorf’s Milwaukee office. Isaiah works on the firms’ civil litigation team, where his practice focuses on construction law, insurance coverage, municipal law, and other commercial disputes. Additionally, Isaiah has a strong background in regulatory law, and has previously worked on matters involving Commerce Department antidumping investigations, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services incentive program compliance, and environmental permitting programs administered by the state DNR and DATCP.

Isaiah graduated, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, Isaiah was a judicial intern to Chief Judge Diane Sykes of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and served as an associate editor of the Marquette Law Review.

Prior to law school, Isaiah earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in music performance and worked as a professional musician and continues to perform and teach on a part-time basis. In his free time, Isaiah enjoys spending time with his family, reading about history (particularly the English Civil War), and is an avid golfer.
