Jerod E. Haldin

Attorney Jerod Haldin is an associate in the Milwaukee office. His primary area of practice is worker’s compensation defense.

Attorney Haldin studied Anthropology at the University of Iowa and earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2015. During both his undergraduate and law school studies, Attorney Haldin was involved in international and comparative law programs located in India and Germany. Additionally, during law school, Attorney Haldin interned for both the State of Wisconsin Office of Legal Counsel for the Governor and for Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge David Borowski.

Attorney Haldin’s experience and practice focuses on the defense of worker’s compensation matters in Wisconsin. Attorney Haldin has experience working with privately held companies, municipalities, third party administrators and insurance companies to reach favorable outcomes through settlement and at administrative hearing.
