Insurance Defense
Rachel is an associate attorney in the Milwaukee office and a member of the firm’s civil litigation team. Her practice focuses on insurance liability defense.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, she served as the Articles Editor for the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review Journal. Her scholarly work on this journal earned her the Pertinent Quill Award for her comment submission. She was also inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Society, after dedicating over 120 hours of pro bono service in the Milwaukee community. During law school, Rachel clerked with a local public interest firm, gaining valuable experience representing clients in Milwaukee County Small Claims Court under the Wisconsin student practice rule.
Rachel is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science and a certificate in Legal Studies.
