Sarah B. Joseph

Sarah is an associate in the Milwaukee office. She works on trial preparation and defense strategy for litigation clients in both state and federal court with an emphasis on insurance defense and municipal law. Prior to joining Kasdorf, Sarah practiced insurance defense and represented clients in a variety of litigation matters. She also worked for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s office, representing clients at all phases of litigation and on appeal. Sarah has extensive experience successfully briefing legal issues for her clients at the circuit court and appellate level, and independently handling both jury and bench trials.

Sarah graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Sarah was a member of the Dean’s List, was inducted into the Pro Bono Society, and received the Persuasive Writing Award. She clerked at the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Washington, where she gained valuable insight into federal practice.
